About Me

 

I started practicing yoga about 3 years ago when it was offered at my local gym. I feel in love after that first class because it helped with my daily stresses. I immediately saw the changes in the way I viewed situations and life. my blog http://melissayoga.blogspot.com

 

That is when I sought out training programs which took some time, but I am now a certified yoga teacher in Vinyasa flow.

 

I want others to feel and see the benefits of doing yoga. It is a way to improve flexilbility, connect with your body and mind, release tension and balance mood. These are just a few, so I invite you to discover these truths for yourself.
